I contacted Trudy because I was tired of the apartment life, even though I love the part of town I am in. I asked her to help me find a home to lease and she was more than happy to help. As a matter of fact, I sent her a message on a Sunday morning, and by Sunday afternoon, we were looking at options.
After the house I really wanted to lease fell through because I thought it needed some repairs before it could be moved into and the owner did not, I was incredibly frustrated and Trudy basically said, "Why don't you just buy one? It will be way easier than you think."
